AbortionFunds - Connects you with organizations that can support your financial and logistical needs when arranging an abortion

  • Resources to find clinics as well as abortifacients

AidAccess - Costs between $110 USD and $150 USD depending on your location. Please note that shipping can take between a few days and a few weeks depending on location 

  • No insurance required 
  • Cost assistance for those who need it
  • U.S. and international services 
Carafem - Costs between $250 USD and $375 USD. Requires a mailing address in select states. Please perform legal research or legal consultation if you plan on having medication delivered in an available state and crossing state lines to receive it
  • Requires a mailing address in: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Virginia, or Vermont

Planned Parenthood - Has resources to help find an abortion clinic near you or access abortifacients
  • Can help you plan if you are in a state with an outright ban on abortions or severe restrictions
  • Contrary to misguided notions, Planned Parenthood has extensive resources on more than just abortion. Their vast information spans parenting, adoption, cancer, STIs, birth control, consent, LGBTQ+ info, and more
Women on Waves - International resources for abortifacients and abortion clinics. Also has information on various other topics
  • International resources

Women on Web - International abortifacients. Costs between 70-90 Euros (~$73-$94 USD)
  • International resources
Yellowhammer Fund - Services the U.S.' Deep South and Alabama, "regardless of race, income, location, age, gender, sexuality, disability, documentation status or number of children."
  • Specific to Alabama and the Deep South
  • Provides informational and financial assistance for abortion services
  • Offers free emergency contraception by mail to those in Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida panhandle
  • Offers HRT
  • Other services include: safer sex kits, comprehensive sex education materials, pregnancy tests, referrals for free/low cost medical services (such as STI testing/treatment, well-person exams, prenatal care, post-partum care), contraceptive services (including long-acting reversible methods), PrEP
  • Also provides assistance for families in need such as diapers, food, school supplies, period products, household items, and more regardless of location or income level

ADD/ADHD and Other Mental Health Services


Circle Medical - NOTE: Likely to work best with insurance. Pricing varies. Full-service online group with the ability to choose your own provider. What they treat includes:

  • Offers stimulants for treatment of ADHD

Done First - NOTE: Currently only available in 26 states, but they are adding more as they are able. $199 USD for initial assessment and treatment plan, then $79/month (does NOT include the price of any medications you may need). Does not require insurance, but you may submit claims as out of network for possible reimbursement
  • Only treats ADHD
  • Offers stimulants for treatment of ADHD
  • No insurance necessary, but claims may be submitted to your insurance

Klarity - NOTE: Currently only available in certain states (exact number unknown, but greater than 20). $149 USD for initial visit, then $25-$59/month depending on visit type (does NOT include the price of any medications you may need). Does not require insurance, but you may submit claims as out of network for possible reimbursement. What they treat includes:
  • ADHD
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Insomnia

Gender-Affirming Care


FOLX - Prices range from $89/month USD to $139/month for testosterone plans, and $59/month to $119/month for estrogen plans
  • Must be 18 or older for HRT and reside in a state serviced by FOLX
  • No insurance needed, but may pay with an HSA/FSA card
  • Plans with injectable hormones come with supplies such as syringes, alcohol wipes, sharps containers, and everything else you'll need to self-administer the medication
  • Can provide you with a referral list of surgeons and a letter in support of gender-affirming surgery
  • Provides letters to change your name or gender markers
  • Provides a limited amount of HRT grants to those in need

The Pink Book - NOTE: Site is currently down, we're awaiting a response from its author. The Pink Book is what inspired the creation of this blog. From their site: "A directory of women and LGBT-safe healthcare practitioners in the United States."

  • Home to lists of providers who handle abortion, birth control, menstrual healthcare, sterilization, LGBT healthcare, S.A.N.E. exams, and more
  • Breaks down search results by location, services provided, and can even sort by price point

  • Offers HRT, puberty blockers
Plume - Plan prices are $99/month USD (does not include cost of prescriptions), no insurance needed. Plans include letter-writing services in support of surgery. Without membership, letters are $150
  • Does not currently take insurance, but accepts HSA/FSA
  • Have their own pharmacy for convenience (with pricing listed online), but you can choose another pharmacy 
  • Offers letter-writing services in support of surgery as well as gender marker changes 
  • Services most states, but please double-check what is offered in your state 
  • Must be 18 or older for HRT
QueerDoc -Sliding-scale payments typically starting around $100 USD. Also offers limited “scholarships” to those who can’t afford the sliding-scale payments. QueerDoc also offers HRT and puberty blockers to those under the age of 18
  • Offers HRT and puberty blockers to those under the age of 18, but require family support and consent as applicable by law
  • Offers HRT, puberty blockers, birth control, home STI testing, PrEP, legal assistance for transitioning, assistance planning surgery, etc
  • Accepts HSA/FSA, can also provide a bill for possible out-of-network reimbursement 
TransClinique - Plan prices start at $69.99/month USD if your insurance covers labs ($99.99/month if you need labs covered), and includes letter-writing services for name changes, gender marker changes, and surgery, PrEP, and ED treatment 
  • Must be 18 or older for HRT
  • Can cover the cost of labs if needed
  • Includes “trans coaching” to help you find resources for surgery, voice coaching, and more 
  • Operates in 25 states
  • Accepts HSA/FSA, no insurance needed
